What we collect

Promu.net is operated by CodiHaus. We aim to collect the minimum data required to provide the service.

• Email address — only if you subscribe to Promu drops.
• Click events — anonymized affiliate-click data used to rank codes by success-rate.
• IP & device data — temporarily, for fraud prevention. Hashed within 24 hours.

How we use it

Your email is used only to send Promu drops you've opted into and the optional weekly digest. Click events feed our code-ranking engine. Aggregated metrics are shared with affiliate networks for commission attribution.

Cookies & third parties

We use first-party analytics (Plausible / GA4 opt-in) and S2S postback for affiliate networks (CJ, ShareASale, AWIN, Impact, ACCESSTRADE). We do not sell your data, run retargeting, or fingerprint browsers.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@promu.net. Requests are processed within 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed, plus 30 days after unsubscribing for audit purposes. Click events are retained in raw form for 90 days, aggregated indefinitely.

Changes to this policy

We'll notify subscribers by email of any material changes 30 days in advance.
